Job Brief
The Client Relationship Manager’s key responsibility is to build and preserve long term, trusting relationships. As Client Relationship Manager, you will constantly identify opportunities to grow the client base and build positive relationships with new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of Lexim. You will conduct quality assurance surveys to continuously evaluate and improve the client interface.
Duties
Build and maintain profitable relationships with key clients.
Resolve client complaints quickly and efficiently.
Keep clients updated on the latest products.
Understand and address key customer individual needs.
Conduct business reviews using CRM programs.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years’ experience.
A bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
Product knowledge.
A team player with leadership skills.
